Abby joined Duncan & Allen as an Associate in 2006, and has concentrated her practice
on electric regulatory matters and contract disputes.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Abby graduated from the George Washington University
Law School in Washington, DC in 2006. While attending law school, Abby worked as
a Summer Associate with Duncan & Allen, served as a legal intern at the General Services Administration
Board of Contract Appeals, and worked at the Congressional Research Service.
Abby completed her Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in all subjects at Cornell
University, College of Arts and Sciences in Ithaca, NY.
