Evan joined Duncan & Allen in 2008 as an associate.
His practice focuses on electric regulatory matters and issues of general litigation.
Prior to becoming an associate, Evan worked for Duncan & Allen as a term-time
law clerk.
Evan completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the George Washington
University cum laude in May 2005, and graduated with honors from the George Washington
University Law School in Washington, DC in 2008.
