Mrs. Mehle’s clients include publicly owned electric utilities, which, besides FERC representation, she advises on the acquisition of fuel supplies and on arrangements for natural gas transportation services. She also advises her clients on regulatory and legislative energy developments and assesses their impact on client operations.

Early in her career, Ms. Mehle served as a law clerk to a federal appellate judge of the U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals in Washington, D.C. (predecessor to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit).
