trends for their business have included two major steel companies, two specialty
building companies (LNG
tankers and submarines), an energy broker, and a cogeneration construction firm
development firm.
On occasion, our non-utility clients have also included such diverse entities as
public utility commissions and state consumer advocates who have sought our assistance
on specialized energy industry problems.
We routinely counsel utility clients on the structure of their business activities
