Telecommunications Law
A number of our
attorneys have extensive experience in assisting municipalities nationwide on issues
such as cable television franchise problems, cellular tower zoning decisions, federal
regulatory preemption, municipal ownership of telecommunications networks, leases
and compensation agreements for public rights-of-way, cable TV rate regulation,
and local telecommunications ordinances.
We represent clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
in all phases of regulation and regulated transactions, including licensing, adjudication,
rule making, and regulatory compliance.
We also have extensive experience in the development and implementation of communications
networks, including franchising, rights-of-way and pole attachment matters.
